Used to be good, but past 3 haven?t been blended fully. Quarter sized chunks of ice and other ingredients. Couldn?t drink it... with a straw. Forgot to add enhancers I paid for online. Won?t be going back. Smoothie King in general is great though, so tryanother location! Read more
This place used to be amazing, but now, not so much. All of their smoothies are water down and they taste like you?re drinking... fruit juice. They also got another customers drink order mixed up and they couldn?t tell him which was which. Read more
I spend A LOT of money at Smoothie King and the location depends on if I?m near my office, house, or out of town on business. I... order the exact same drink every single day and have never had a problem at any location EXCEPT for this one. I just moved thethis area a few months ago and stopped by my first day here. I asked for no protein powder in my smoothie like always, as I havea medical condition that only allows my body to process a small amount of protein a day so I have to be very careful I don?tever add additional protein to my food. This is no one?s business, and I don?t owe an explanation to anybody about why I don?twant added protein in my drink. The guy taking my order gave me an attitude the moment I asked for no protein, and that?s neverhappened before at any other location. I didn?t understand why he was so upset... I?m still paying for the protein and they getto save on the product- what?s the big deal? Well, the moment I got in the car and took a sip I knew immediately he put it inanyway. I have this drink every single day and would know the difference in a heartbeat. I thought about going back in andasking why he did that, but I honestly didn?t want to deal with his attitude. I was running late and decided against my betterjudgment to just drink it anyway. Wrong decision. I broke out in hives for days and had kidney and liver pain, as my body wasnot used to the surge in protein. I thought about calling the owner, but didn?t want to get some ignorant kid fired for being ajerk since I chose to drink the darn thing when I knew better. After that I avoided this location until a few weeks ago, as it?sconveniently located near my house. My mom who works for me went in to get one for me on our way home from work and she orderedmy usual. She knew what had happened last time I went there because I was so sick, so she was very adamant about no protein. I absolutely love smoothie king, but the customer service at this location is really poor! The girl at the front ignored me... while I stood at the mobile pickup line, then told me very abruptly they didn?t have my order after told I was there to pickup.I showed her my confirmation code and confirmed the address and she just stared at me. I asked if they please could make thesmoothie since it was paid for and I had confirmation, she got upset and said ?that?s what I was gonna say? rudely?
