Stay away from this place. Very dirty and nasty. Costomer service was very bad. Employees has bad attitude. One of the employee... who gave our food just drop the food recklessly on our table. He did it tiwice. And one of the lady was rude but infairness tothe casher she was nice. Also employees has thier drinking cups work area and prep area. I think it’s a health codeviolation. I loved the Palios in my hometown, but I was disappointed by this location. We ordered 2 pizzas; one was forgotten and cooked... after the first was brought to the table. They put the cheese on top, so all the vegetables make the sauce watery. Do notrecommend. Read more
Great customer service! The pizzas were great. The place is always clean. They have outdoor seating and BYOB.
We had a wedding rehearsal dinner here & it was fabulous! The staff was so helpful, attentive & kind! They eve gave our entire... group of 30-ish free drinks! We planned the dinner from another city & they were so helpful with the plans! On top of that, thefood was fabulous & piping hot! Would highly recommend! Read more
So I am a Palio’s Stan, the one in melissa is posh prim and proper. I was flabbergasted to find that in this restaurant they... put the toppings UNDERNEATH the cheese. What kind of ludicrous thing is that? Not once has my Palio’s in Melissa done thisdiscrepancy. I ask the cashier about this and she arrogantly rebuffed me claiming that is how it is done. Upon looking at theother reviews of this place I find that this is a blantly lie. I am truly flabbergasted that I would be lied to like this andnot offered to fix it to my liking. I ordered two large pizza from this el dorado Palio's Cafe under my husband's name Srini. And it taste worse. We have to search... for Panner in Achari paneer pizza and search for chicken in Achari chicken Pizza. Read more
Awesome place, mason was awesome had awesome customer service. The food was delicious. We ordered the chicken arabiata and the... blackened chicken alfredo. We love Palio's and will definitely come back to this Palio's. Read more
