My family and I have driven by this place multiple times, and finally decided to stop in for dinner. Easy access off of 380... with plenty of parking. The staff taking our order was very polite and friendly. When we told him it was our first visit, hetook the time to go over the menu with us. This place was very clean with a upscale relaxed atmosphere. We got 2 pizzas andcheese bread...it was wonderful. We will definitely be returning. Read more
I've visited a few locations and the experience has always been a pleasant one. This location in McKinney on hwy 380 is... aesthetically very nice and feels upscale. The staff was very kind, courteous, and attentive. We had a large party and they didtheir best to accommodate all of us. Although I am a big fan of their pizza, my stomach was not. I ordered the King pizza whichis their version of common Supreme. I enjoyed it but later that evening it gave me a stomach ache and I only ate a few slices. Ithought the first time this happened it was just me or the location using old ingredients but when the same thing happened atthis location I knew it was the pizza. We love the taste of your pizza! We really do! Despite many, many calls to your store giving directions, they somehow cannot... cut a pizza in the traditional triangle style! If their founders think differently, they don’t know their customers! Pizzaslices are shaped like a triangle! An employee advised us to skip GrubHub,, and call them directly for a delivery to get thetraditional pie cut we wanted. We did as they requested tonight, and still got an hors d’oeuvre cut pizza - and to make itworse, it was cold. We are literally across the street off 380. If you can’t cut a pizza as ordered, deliver it hot thensadly, this may have been our LAST order. Hello Sali’s, Marcos, Italian Garden or Cavai’s. Yay! Palio’s is finally open! It is gorgeous inside and out. There is a lot of parking and it is easily accessible off 380. We... had the Greek gyro and Noah’s pizza, and we enjoyed every bite. The ingredients are fresh and flavorful. The staff is veryfriendly and helpful, and it is clean in the restaurant and in the restrooms. It is a place you would want to sit down and staya while because they have televisions, and a warm atmosphere. We will be coming back many more times! Read more
This is a great pizza spot for lunch! Portions were perfect for one person, well priced, and delicious. I ordered the... Margherita pizza which came with a salad and a drink for 10.99. Pizza was delicious, as well as the house dressing. Staff wasvery friendly to us. Pizza was about 10-12 inches, personal size, and had a delicious sauce. Crust had a nice bottom crunchtoo. Next time I go back I will try the lunch portion calzones. Everyone else I was with had the calzone and raved about it. Read more
