I am 100% done wasting my money here. Over half the time I have a to go order the have forgotten to put something in the bag.... When I've had curbside orders, where they've had my phone number, they've waited until I arrived and waiting several minutesuntil they told me they were out of something making me wait even longer to have something else made. Then this morning Iordered a cinnamon latte in the store, I was waiting about 5 minutes before they told me they didn't have the syrup to make it.They offered to make a different flavor latte instead which I accepted, but when I got it, it seemed pretty light so I openedthe cup and saw they only filled the cup up half way! Seriously I paid $5 for a half a cup of vanilla latte? These people don'tcare about your time, don't care about the quality of their food, and don't care about their customers. My family of 4 ordered the two for two and all had our own parts of a sandwich because we like different breads and all of our... breads were stale, couldn?t even bite into it hardly. Quick pit stop for a cup of coffee and decided to get a loaf of sourdough bread. The coffee was Luke warm and the bread while... sliced was shoved haphazardly in a bag. Sandwich was OK. tea was good. But the place was a mess of dirty tables. And management and staff was goofing off and chatting... loudly. It was hard to find a clean table. And this was at 3:20pm on a Friday. Plenty of time for employees to clean up. Andfor Mgr to lend a hand. Pretty despicable. Read more
Very disappointed. The new chicken sandwich is no where close to how it has been advertised. The bun was not toasted, no... sauce,. The chicken was not cooked properly either.
