Horrible service. Estimated delivery was supposed to be 30 min. The pizza wasn?t delivered for 1hr 20min. I would have cancelled... it if it weren?t for being out and having a babysitter there. The only thing the store manager, Brittany, would say, ?I cancancel the order, we have been really busy.? No, how about apologize and hurry it up. I ordered 3 topping veggie pizza. Pizza base is very uneven and its uncooked half of the side. They put toppings very barely... even pizza shape is oval shape. Taste is very bad. Worst experience. Read more

The pizza was very warm and fresh but for how much I paid... I am not pleased with it being smaller than advertised. I ordered a... medium, 12 inch, pizza. It is suppose to be 12 inches after you take it out of the oven, not before and I have a feeling itwasn't even that before it was put in the oven. As crazy as it sounds, because there was so much room in the box when I openedit(like a WHOLE inch of space), I measured it just to see and it was 10.75 inches. Thats honestly not enough for two people butbeing that they close in a few minutes I can't really do anything about it. The toppings were also put on weirdly. I got halfand half with different toppings and both sides had one piece that was overloaded with toppings while the rest had a couplepieces to none of each topping on it. One was literally plain alfredo. I had to spread then out, they weren't melted into thecheese at all. Read more

Ordered online and received the order on time and hot as well. Delivery driver was excellent as well however I ordered 6 garlic... butters and 3 extra peppers. After receiving none of the extra I called the store to request a refund. It was only around$5.00, but was told they can?t do a half refund and offered to bring them back out or a credit. Didn?t care for delivery andwait on the pizza to get cold or the credit for the missed items. How is it the chain stores now can?t do any sort of customerservice? Not to mention when you spend over $60 dollars you think the service would be better. No wonder people don?t want towork anymore given the employees at the store have no control over anything! I?ll stick with anything local from now on! Read more

Website doesn't function like it was built by a grown up - if you select delivery and it's not available due to staffing... shortages, the web page hits a loop and can't recover from there. Calling into the number results in probably the stupidest holdmethodology a human being can conceive of. It pretends like it's someone answering the phone and talking to you - like some sortof prank. Absolutely hilarious - Marcos is a 1/4 mile down the street from you so issue resolved. Papa Johns Corporate iscosting you money... Read more

I was in you store last night that had an awe full gas smell. The manager seemed like he couldn?t be bothered. I left, as I... don?t want to be in there when your store blows up. I can hen tried to call your order line in hopes they could get ahold ofsomeone that made gut care but was informed there was nothing they could do. Triple bacon pizza and bacon- jalapeños poppers were good. Forgot to tell them thin crust which is better
