The empty parking lot on a Friday Night made me assume they were closed. That should have been a clue. The food was such a... disappointment that we have declared Pei Wei indignus negotium (an unworthy establishment.) It is obvious that nothing in thisrestaurant is made in-house. In fact it is clearly reheated frozen chicken nuggets at best. Sauces are reconstituted goo, withsome tap water added. Nothing was flavorful or inspired. Get the Mongolian beef - the steak is so well marinated and tender. A bit over seasonedbut balanced enough that it comes off clean. The sauce is nice and clean not oily. The noodles are really nice.
