The empty parking lot on a Friday Night made me assume they were closed. That should have been a clue. The food was such a... disappointment that we have declared Pei Wei indignus negotium (an unworthy establishment.) It is obvious that nothing in thisrestaurant is made in-house. In fact it is clearly reheated frozen chicken nuggets at best. Sauces are reconstituted goo, withsome tap water added. Nothing was flavorful or inspired. Worst drunken noodles and crab rangoons I?ve ever had. Like impressively tasteless and bland. The drunken noodles were drowned... in chili paste and there wasn?t much other flavor to them. Don?t recommend. Read more
Not sure which I want to mention first?an exceptional service provider OR the great Kung Pao Beef! Paul (R in the photo from... 2016) has been at this location for MANY years and is of exceptional character and sincerely wants to serve the public. It?sbeen a couple of years since I?ve eaten here and it tasted fabulous! The beef was cooked perfectly and good quality. Thank youfor coming out of the back to say Hi Paul. Went for my second time to this location and was skeptical at first based off the reviews. But I thought they were doing good... because they prepared the food quickly and gave it to me. But this last visit is my last because of a hair that wasn't mine wasin the food. I threw the entire meal away as soon as I seen it. BEWARE EVERYONE... And hope its different for everyone else.UPDATE FOR APRIL 17, 2022--- I found more hair in my food. If you guys can just exclude the hair a little more maybe I'd be ableto eat the food instead of throwing it away. I know people around this area aren?t picky with their Chinese food but I can make my own at home and I?m very picky. I tried... Pei Wei today and it went really well. Get the Mongolian beef - the steak is so well marinated and tender. A bit over seasonedbut balanced enough that it comes off clean. The sauce is nice and clean not oily. The noodles are really nice. The place lookswell cleaned. This isn?t your Chinese mall spot or Panda Express. No, this is almost as good as home cooked. Now I know where toeat when I don?t want to cook. Read more
