Honestly.. I pay extra for extra toppings and I get regular.. SMH. Will stick to Dominoes
the worest place ever. I order from them August 29th. The GM manager Amy gave my pizza to a door dasher who never delivered my... food and canceled my order. Asked for my refund and now here its a month later and still never received my refund. I havecontacted door dasher and pizza hut. They giving me the run around, call the store and the guy John was horrible, disrespectful,and rude. Now they saying i wont get my refund til November. I would not recommend NO ONE TO ORDER FROM THAT STORE, the worstplace ever. I shouldve stuck with Dominos. Never knew a food place take 3mos to refund your money on they srcew up......talkabout getting a lawyer. Read more
Great pizza and really great customer service. They accidentally gave us the wrong pizza, when i called to get the right one... they gave us both pizzas for free plus the wrong ones. A bad turned into a great experience Read more
If you have any type of schedule to adhere to, don't order from this place. In my previous experiences, pizza hut in general... has been on time with their deliveries and their product has been acceptable. This was our first time ordering delivery fromthis location. We had needed to leave our house at 2pm. We ordered pizza at 1245 (time stamped). Their website specifieddelivery by 115. We figured that even if it was late, we could eat in the car. (not preferable). Well, when we left the houseat 2pm, pizza wasn't here and the website still showed them making it. We called the location twice at 125 and 150 but thephone just rang and rang. Of course, it arrived shortly after we left. So about 1 hr and 20 min after we ordered it. So ifyou have lots of time on your hands and don't mind waiting over an hour for your pizza, this pizza hut location will be fine, Iguess. But if you need your pizza in a reasonable amount of time, don't bother. It'll just waste your money like it did ours. Read more
They failed two times with me. One when I ordered pizzas and wings to be delivered, and a second time when I ordered wings to... pickup. The app was showing ready to pickup. I got there and they have not start to fry the wings. So I complained about and theperson said he was alone and that would take more 30 minutes, at least. He clearly was doing another stuff and did not payattention to the computer for orders. He really did not care about the situation. I said he needed to be professional and if hecould not prepare the food on time, that he needed to call the client. I will certainly never order there anymore. Read more
If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I found a FLY in our pizza when I got home. I should have checked it at the store. I... didn't open it until I got home. Of course, no one will pick at the store, tried three times. Please check your order if youdecide to order. We will not. Having a FLY in our pizza is totally unacceptable (also they forgot to add the sauce). Justunacceptable. Read more
This location has made a mistake on my order three different times.
Pizza left out on the front doorstep with no indication or notice. Needless to say when we found it, it was very cold, and much... later than when we expected it to arrive. Read more
