This place definitely has a great atmosphere and very great staff! That itself gets 5 stars. However, the food was nothing to... brag about. Appetizer sampler platter was ok, the stuffed jalapeños were pretty good. Kids of course got the chicken tenderswith fries and they were ok. The fries were definitely better. Adults ordered the Jambalaya pasta and the Lake Charles creolechicken. Again, tasted alright but nothing to gloat about. The one thing that caught us off guard was a $14 pain chillerbeverage that was gone in maybe three drinks. Very tasty but very pricey and small. Read more

I swear the scenery here is very unique and enjoyable. The menu isn't like a standard menu, it's as if the menu is a person... speaking to you, so that's definitely something new that I've never seen. This place is definitely for a seafood lover, which Iam a seafood lover. There's more seafood options than the regular beef, chicken and pork options and even then, it'll be mixedwith seafood. The music is definitely very fun with very good jazz playing. I ordered fried pickles as an appetizer and the LakeCharles Creole Chicken, the shrimp is juicy, the creole sauce is mildly spicy, the green beans are very good and the garlicbread is perfect. I had the white rice replaced with the dirty rice and it was definitely worth it. The customer service isamazing, my waitresses name is Kyle and her and her manager always checked up on me and gave me what I needed and treated melike I'm high priority from silverware to drinks to anything else, it showed up fast. It's 100% worth it to come here, I betthis place gets slammed during the dinner rush and I would understand why. If you need the perfect fixing of spicy, savoryseafood then definitely, come to this restaurant. Read more

We had an enjoyable family meal here. Food was good and atmosphere was fun. Definitely a kitschy Cajun chain restaurant. The... theme is in your face pretty heavily the minute you walk through the door ???? but that's part of the fun. We ordered a cheeseand chicken fondue to start. Came with garlic bread to dip in it. It was really heavy but tasty. The jalapeno chicken was ok.Not as exciting as he'd hoped it would be but pretty good. Buttermilk chicken baskets were good. Came with corn, fries and hushpuppies. Chicken was tender and the breading was the real deal. Not overly greasy. Kids meal was VERY SPARSE! If you have a kidwith a healthy appetite I strongly recommend ordering from the adult menu. Raw Oysters were meh. Not the most awesome. Weregretted ordering them but we did finish them. Would have been nice if they'd provided hot sauce. We didn't ask so I guessthat's on us? Catfish basket was very nice. The batter was good and the fish was fresh and flaky. Cajun Tricky fish wasexcellent! Dirty rice was perfect, étouffé was on point and the blackened tilapia perfect. Service was good. We weren't everleft with empty glasses but the empty glasses did pile up on the table. Our dishes from our starters stayed with us the wholetime. One time a supervisor came by and did clear a few things. Manager also came by a couple times and seemed really nice. Wenever asked for those plates to be taken but it would have been nice if they were. Shouldn't have to ask in my opinion. Overallwe did have a good experience and enjoyed our meal. Read more

Raw oysters weren't served with lemon. Server was nowhere to be seen until 10 mins later. Stuffed fish tasted fine but green... beans soggy liked canned food. Blackened catfish was ok but potatoes a bit undercooked. Razzoo's used to be good at West Planolocation but that one closed down. Would not go back to this one. Read more
