I’ve been to this location multiple times traveling in the area for work. This time I was by myself and the hostess was so... kind to check up on me multiple times throughout the evening. The food was spectacular as usual and the waitstaff was on pointbut I wish I could have given that hostess a tip. She went above and beyond. Read more
Our server Samantha was awesome. She was really cheerful & really helpful. She was very attentive & polite. She checked on us &... made sure everything was going pk with both our meal & experience. Saltgrass is a favorite of ours; when we want steak, this is our "go-to". But I guess yesterday was an off day. My Wedge Salad... was fantastic. Huge but I brought half of it home. My Filet Mignon was ordered medium but arrived burnt on top and no pinkinside. Waiting on the second steak took so long, my husband finished his meal before I received it. Sadly, it was very charredon top and rare inside. Back it went for a second time. I thought they would simply throw it back on the grill for a couple ofminutes but once again, it was a considerable amount of time. Finally the third steak showed up and I was determined to eat it"as is" and get out of there. It wasn't quite medium, but it still a good flavor; I ate it all. Usually we order their amazingcarrot cake, but we had been there so long, we were ready to leave. We've decided from now on, we're going back to the PlanoSaltgrass. This place is sooooo good on everything! The ribeye and doble bone pork chop are my absolute favorite! Can’t forget the home... made side dishes, as well as their delicious homemade carrot cake ????Ask for the Prime Rib on weekends, you will not bedisappointed!!! Service is always top notch and servers super attentive of your needs. Love having a carafe to refill my sweettea (nice touch). Management sure is doing a fantastic job! Read more

Wait time was about 25 mins on a Monday, steak took what's expected to come out. Steak wasn't great and the side was subpar. Was... for a birthday they told us on phone they do candles on dessert for birthday after main course we were informed that no candles.Dinner comes with 2 sides first side can only be soup or small salad. We had made reservations so there was no wait, but there was also no one waiting for a seat when we got there. It was a rainy... Friday night, so maybe that's why. The food, drinks, atmosphere, and wait staff were all amazing. I definitely recommend cominghere for good food! Read more
