My husband and I used to love coming here after our experience this past Saturday were done. Way over priced for the quality and... quantity of food. Plus my husband and I were both sick after eating. I was charged a double plate when it was a single plate(was fixed eventually). Food was barley warm. Over all bad experience. Read more

Used doordash to schedule a pickup for 11:45, at 10:50. Didn?t work at the end. Tried on website. Didnt work. Called, ordered an... XL family meal for a birthday party, and more. The beans were hard as a rock, and the macaroni was super dry. I regularly useSpring Creek for events, but will never use spring creek as a food choice for a party again. Update: account manager asked meto email Spring Creek in their response, they did nothing to remedy the situation. At least you guys are consistent. Read more
This was a paid dinner before meeting. I ordered the Brisket sandwich and two sides the beef was tender but not seasoned well... however, the sauce made up for it. The sides ordered vegetable and macaroni was undesirable overcooked vegetables and tastelessmacaroni if they come up with really good sides to go along with their meats served- I believe they would obtain more customersand business would pick up. Pay someone to prepare your sides that know how to season the food properly and prepare and make itlook desirable. Read more
The parking lot was empty besides 1 other vehicle. We should have taken that as a sign. Kinda pricey for the small portion my bf... got. We've had better BBQ. Maybe it was an off day. Food was kinda bland. Read more
Always great food that hits the spot. You can't go wrong with any of their bbq meat plates with sides and fresh tableside yeast... rolls. Ask for the baker all the way for a special treat. During this visit I ordered the only item I haven't triedbefore...southwest salad with chicken...don't judge too harshly but this was completely satisfying and provided my bbq fix. Thesmoked flavor of the chicken breast combined with the fresh greens and southwest elements and jalapeño ranch was the perfectlunch. I missed their bbq sauce but will be back for one of their plates or bakers and will make up for it then. No nap neededafter this visit! Read more
My favorite chain BBQ joint. The smoke hits your nostrils as soon as you walk in. Let your nose guide you to the meat counter,... grab a tray and utensils and proceed to give your meat order to the individual holding the knife. Post covid you will have totell the next worker behind the counter which sides you would like. Remember they have baked potatoes as well. Then grab a glassand fill it up with your beverage of choice before paying the cashier at the end of counter. Read more
