Very poor customer service. I ordered 2 rolls of sushi and ate 1 piece of each. Did not like either so I tried to send it back... and re order a different dish. They told me there?s nothing they can do and they cannot refund me for the food. At the end theytried to offer to Make me fried rice instead but at that point I just wanted to leave. My sever was okay and apologetic aboutwhat happened but the manager/owner did not apologize nor speak to me directly. Very disappointed. Read more
Please go to Koii Sushi! If you don?t, you?re missing out!! J and Paul were extremely welcoming. My friend and I came in kinda... late but they were so nice and didn?t rush us out when they were closing up. The food was beyond amazing!! And they even broughtus extra sushi rolls just to try. I wish I lived here so I could enjoy the food and staff more often! Read more
