I called a-couple of minutes before I came in to ask if they had either a drive thru or curbside pick up( on google is says... there drive thru is available but I driven past this location a few times and it doesn?t look like they have one)I was askingbecause I had my dog with me and did not want to leave him in the car alone on a hot afternoon. The guy on the phone told methat they didn?t have either but that I could bring my dog in with me to pick up the order as long as I wasn?t staying. So Icame up 5 minutes later and was promptly told after I ordered that I would have to wait outside because dogs weren?t allowed inif they weren?t service dogs. This I can understand but why not tell me when I called? If they would have told me this on thephone I would have went somewhere else that had a drive thru but this location was 3 minutes away from where we were hiking. Idefinitely won?t be back here. 4 stars just for the size, it?s just too small, especially being located in McKinney, where everything else is huge. Otherwise... good and fast service, healthy traffic, clean location. Indoors and outdoors sitting and plenty enough parking. Read more
They always get my drinks right and fast even if I customize them. The staff is friendly. They have plenty of outdoor seating... which is great. There is no drive-thru but there is plenty of parking. Read more

This Starbucks location had one of the best staff! They were super friendly and they even made me a sample drink which I loved... since it really helped me make a decision on what to order! So I go to this location almost everyday and order a Doubleshot on Ice, Venti and everytime I go they make it absolutely... perfect. The foam, to espresso ratio is always 2/3 which is pretty difficult to achieve, as I've noticed a lot of other storesactually forget that this drink is supposed to be foamy, and add way to much ice or milk. I especially get excited when thecolorful haired boy, or the asian lady make my drink, cause it comes out AMAZING! The customer service is nice, the baristas areattentive, welcoming and really focused. I recently had a bad day and I let them know, and they were so sweet and understanding.Even though sometimes they make mistakes, like we all do, it's cause I can tell they are new and training, and they always offerto correct any mistakes they make right away, no hassle. Anyways, back to what's important, this store is hands down one of thebest Starbucks I've been to, and honestly just feels so homey. And their Venti Doubleshot on Ice is by far one of the best I'vehad, highly recommended for those who aren't into super sweet coffee drinks. Read more
