I was ?greeted? by the absolute RUDEST barista here today?. If you can?t quit cutting and pasting for maybe 5 minutes and treat... people with respect then find a different job. I?m so over everyone with customer service jobs that have the WORST attitudes. IfI?m gonna spend $6+ on coffee you need to get better employees that show customers some respect. Read more
Cool team, great energy, but my "Medicine Ball" tea was not the usual "Party in a Cup" I am used to. At any rate that can be... fixed, but great personalities can't. This location is winning, keep up the great energy! Read more
Worst place to get a coffee. It wasn't the coffee, it was the lady at the counter, there were two, it was the Asian lady. She... was so rude to my five year old when trying to decide if she wanted her muffin warmed. Told her off as nice as I could in frontof my daughters. Will never go to this Starbucks again! The girl who made the coffee just now was great but the manager was grumpy and so in a rush to leave. He locked the door at... 8:59pm. If the manager has such little patience then rest of the crew won't perform well. Read more
