Ordered online?waited the 20 minutes stated plus another 30+ minutes!! For two items!!! They were out of everything and no one... made the initiative to go in the back for more?they waited for me to request it. If I could give NO stars I would NOT hesitate. Arianna the "Assistant Manager" was very rude, slow and did not listen. I told... her I wanted a Chicken Teriyaki Salad and she asked what bread so I told her again that I wanted a salad. Then I had to remindher to put cheese in my salad. She proceeds to make my salad then asks what dressing so I tell her Sweet Onion, she then putsCEASER dressing on instead, then she offered to remake the salad so I said Yes Please do. So she remakes my salad puts thecorrect dressing on it after I tell her 3 times that I want the dressing ON the salad and not on the side even though she stillattempted to put the dressing on the side and I had to correct her AGAIN. Then I show her my gift card and she says "She willget you at the front" I get to the front check out and they proceed to tell me they dont accept subway gift cards. They ask didyou show Arianna I said yes, meanwhile Arianna decides to argue the fact that I showed her my gift card saying I didnt when I infact DID, I had it in my hand reached out to show her so that I could pay before she told me that they would get me at thefront. Then she threatens to call the police on me because I was upset that she not only messed up my salad an was rude but alsoneglected to tell me they dont take gift cards. Went today for my lunch break. I was told by the sand which maker they are out of lettuce. Will not be returning. She made my... sandwich and when I told her don?t worry about it if they are out of lettuce her attitude was horrible. Not only did I have to wear a face mask, ring the button 3 times to get someone to come to the counter (Lelei) but then watched... as time was not a concern to the person making the sandwich. The gas station was understaffed, customers were waiting in lineand then I was told to have exact change because there "are running short". A quick stop turned into a thirty minute whip.
