If you think you have the only idea of enjoying coffee from here. You?re completely wrong. They make amazing coffee, great cafe... to relax in. Everyone has the same idea. Don?t be rude, don?t be impatient. These guys are working hard and I?m hearing a couplecustomers saying they?re taking forever. That?s not true at all. They have a line, they have people who already ordered, theyalso have online orders. If you?re not going to be patient, don?t go to anywhere that provides any type of service. The staff here are always kind, welcoming, and sociable. I always feel welcomed. I also love getting Matcha here. Most places... use pre-sweetened Match powder, and I don't think they do here. I usually add 2 pumps of syrup and it comes out with a perfectlymild sweetness. This is my favorite place to stop before my hour long drive to work every day. ???? Thanks, Sweetwater staff!???? I?m a regular and come here every time I?m in town. I live in KS so this is my favorite coffee shop! The baristas are so... friendly and helpful. They know all the drinks and even recommend different ones that are all so tasty. Before I head back to KSI always stock up. ?? Read more

I've been going to this shop since its opening and have only good things to say about it. The drinks are great (I normally have... the Abbiano espresso, the french Vietnamese, Mocha Ice Dragon and Milkshakes), the environment is very pleasant and theinstallations are always very clean. The owner, Ash, is a real gentleman and the staff is always friendly, courteous andrespectful. I am glad they made it through COVID-19 and are still around to host me and my family many times a week. We used to love this place as a good spot for us to stop by on days that we work from home (its 2 minutes from our house), but... the last few times we have visited the service has been horrible. Waiting up to 30 minutes after we ordered to get our drinks.Putting in online orders (20 to 30 minutes bfore arriving) and showing up only to have them not ready, wait another 15 minutesthen having to leave with uncooked sandwiches and drinks unmade due to the ridiculously long wait for an online order. I reallydo enjoy their coffee and sandwhiches but would suggest going during non busy hours to get in and out in a reasonable time. Iwish them the best but after this happening multiple times it does not seem to be a fluke. I hope that they can address thisissue so that it dies not ruin other local business supporters experience at this great coffee shop. Read more

Two people working were trying so hard to keep up with the crazy rush of customers. Was there a wait? Of course. It's Friday at... 8am. Been wanting to check out this coffee shop for awhile and finally made it in today and it did not disappoint. In fact, I have... decided it will be one of my new go-to places for studying. Love the variety of drink options (coffees and teas in manydifferent flavors, hot and cold drinks including ice cream coffee drinks) AND food options (including savory items, which Iprefer for study food).
