Went to order at the drive thru. Employee said they were out of meat, but they ?dropped the meat.? I asked what that even meant... because that makes no sense. Employee said food would be ready in 10 minutes. The group of us said we would order and just wait,and he told us to park in the parking lot because he would not take the order. Told us to sit in the parking lot and try toorder at the drive thru again after 10 minutes passed. Three nights prior, they totally butchered our takeout order. I?d goelsewhere. Read more
I worked here for over a year back in 2016-2017. I was started out on minimum wage of 7.25. No complaints there. The main... complaint that I have about this Taco Bell and working here in particular is that I was told I was going to get a raise to$8.25. I was 16 at the time so I didn?t ask for it and paper, and it turned out I was lied to. I had worked for an additional200 hours at the same rate after I was told I got my pay raise. They extorted labor for me and claimed I was being paid morethan I actually was. The GM at the time, Lee, told me it was my responsibility to find a replacement after I got horrible foodpoisoning on my birthday. He had also kissed one of our co-workers on the cheek multiple times. I am unsure how she felt aboutit. Somebody should really look into the management of this store. Dropped by to get food for my sick kiddo because that was what she wanted. The drive-thru was wrapped around half the building... so I figured that going in was best. What a mistake... The side doors were locked but people inside were pointing to the door atthe front that no one ever uses but I walked around anyway. Now that I am inside, there was no one working the front counter soI had to fumble through a kiosk that was built for a four foot tall human to use, and me being 6' 4", it was a pain to use. Letme also point out how unfriendly the GUI on this thing was. Once I figured out there were black category icons in a dark purplebackground area, I was finally able to navigate the friggin menu. I program web apications all day, every day and I would say toTaco Bell, you need to rethink this kiosk layout... Finally, got the food ordeted... sit and wait... and wait... and wait...literally 25 minutes from order to received. WOW... I get it, the employee shortage and all, and the three person crew couldhave used a lot more help. I also think that the two in the kitchen area had little sense of urgency to do anything faster thanthey were moving, and they were not moving very fast. I do not want to beat down on the local folks, maybe the culture shouldchange from top down at Taco Bell... I mean who really thought when you pull up to the drive through and the person says "How'sit going?" and nothing else, was a good idea and is this the mindset that causes such a decline in business and the inability tohire quality personnel at any rate of pay? Interestingly enough, the CEO of Taco Bell has a personal self branding website tobrag about himself but there is only a mention of Taco Bell and only as a part of his title on the site. No other updates sincelate 2017 so maybe that says it all as to why Taco Bell has stumbled. I wonder how parent Yum! Brands feels about TacoBell? If you plan to go there for breakfast anywhere near their opening time (8AM) good luck because they will ignore you until you... lose patience since they are clearly not ready to open yet? I tried three times within the past seven days for them to help meand several other customers and so far they have never opened on time and instead, ignored anyone who is in the drive throughand anyone who drives up to the drive-through window when they open - and I have never been the first one there either? so justdon?t waste your time. If you go during the day when they ARE ?available? to make sales, there?s a 50% chance they are out ofwhatever soft drink you were hoping for. Kinda disappointing that even after all the bad reviews they?ve gotten, they donothing to improve it. Leadership should be embarrassed since they don?t care to hold anyone accountable ??????????? I swear I would never go back after I drove all the way out from the country to my closest Taco Bell to pick up breakfast for... several people and at 9 AM on a Sunday they told me they were out of eggs. Worse yet, I had ordered online and neither the storenor online could give me a refund because I didn?t do it through an app. I had to go through my credit card. I finallycondescended to go to a different Taco Bell today. I got stuck in the drive-through line because they were out of the five itemsthat I was trying to order.This includes two of their premium drink specials. So now I?m sitting here in line through thedrive-through because I can?t get out due to a wall in rush-hour traffic. A full half hour wasted. I guess it?s my fault becauseI won?t learn, but I will absolutely never going to Taco Bell again. Plus their food is gross what can I say? My service was good. Not exceptional though. The food, crispy taco was fresh for once in a number of visits. My burrito Supreme... has been shrunk to the size of a $1 burrito. My experience lately has been stale Chalupa shells and food quality issues. Read more
