I use to go to this one all the time after work with my kid as its close to where I work. The young black dude at the window... this past Monday around 8:00pm is super rude and handed my nachos sideways and turned his back to me at the window, didn?t askif I want salsa, didn?t even give me my total at the window. Tells me my card declined so he has to run it again, my card wasfine the second time. Then when my friend asks his name at the window he starts arguing and asking why he?s asking what his nameis and gives him a fake name, lol then calls him weird for asking. You should know when someone is asking your name that youmessed up, so like, maybe just be like is there a problem, how can I help make it better? I get it it?s fast food, but can younot be so rude and at least act like you care? Lol This just isn?t the experience I?m use to, and I will not be returning. Read more
This location is God awful! They mess up my order 50% of the time. Either they are forgetting items or it's incorrect. Don't... even try using a coupon. They don't know how to ring those up either (manager as well). Go to another location or Taco Bell. Read more
Taco Bueno was NO BUENO! Oh my goodness it was bad! It all tasted off or old. Not just the taco meat itself, all of it. The... dining area was not clean at all and when we walked in there was an odd bleach or cleaning product smell instead of food, shouldhave immediately left but my son really wanted tacos. wow, prices are just ridiculous these days for some low-end tex-mex food, especially since, for several years now, this location... skimps quite a bit on the size of a bean burrito and the BOB-- my wife and child like it so I pick up food for them-- I goelsewhere. (fyi-- taco bell has much fatter/larger bean burritos and much cheaper) However, what brings me to this review andrating is how I was addressed at this location. Instead of addressing me as "sir," the woke cashier, even after seeing me at thewindow with a beard, continued to address me several times as "ma'am." Terrible location. They turn off the lights well before closing time. I?d say this has happened to me at least 5 times. Getting... your food takes forever even if there is no one in the drive through. I avoid coming to this location as much as possible butunfortunately it?s the closest one to my house. This photo was taken 20 mins before they actually closed and shows that thelights for their menu is already turned off and they have their open sign turned off as well. I wish management would take careof these problems so that we can frequent this location without so much trouble? Edit to add? was just told that their headsetswere all dead. This place is being run by a couple of 15-16 year old boys right now that seem stoned out of their minds. They dare to charge $7 for this mess!! This supposed to be a taco salad bowl. Not something broken in pieces.
Where do I begin? I usually have a good experience at Taco Bueno but I had the worst experience at this location on 9/13/21. I... went through the drive-thru, only to find out after I left that my food was wrong. I got the taco platter and they failed to putsour cream and guacamole on it. Also the tacos were majorly skimped out on toppings. The beans tasted like 2 handfuls of salthad been dumped on them. My food was completely slopped into the bag- there was sauce in the bag AND on the outside of the bag.When I asked the cashier to change it out, I found out after I got back to the car that she had changed it out for another onethat also had sauce dripping on the outside. Also when I came back in to let the cashier know that my order was wrong earlier,she went to the back and told the girl back there and the girl had a major attitude and was like "what did she order" in a highpitch offended voice. The cashier was just doing her job- there is no need for an employee to talk to another employee likethat- especially in front of customers. Oh btw, forgot to mention that one of the doors was locked-why? I don't know becauseit was only 6:30 pm. The cashier was nice, but that's the most positive thing I can say about my experience. Went by there at 9pm, and noone wounld answer the drive thru window. Drove past the window in the lane, and noticed a worker... in the dining room cleaning, They aren't abiding by their times of business! I was highly disappointed in their behavoir. This was what was going on during the Scamdemic. Didn't expect it to be going on still a year and a half later! Doesn't anyonehave any morals and work ethic?
