I went through drive thru ordered beef nachos no beans. Got home nachos had beans and missing the sour cream and guacamole.... Called the store and spoke with I assumed a manager. She apologized gave me her name and told me she would replace the nachos.Went back the next day she wasn't there. Explained to manager on duty what happened. Couldn't remember her name so managerwould not help me. I told him what time I was there and said if he would say her name I would remember and he could verify withher. He would not give me her name and refused to replace the nachos. . Read more
Just sad 0 stars if I could. What happened to the old delicious and fun taco cabana :(. There is 4 teenagers running this place who do not know manners. Very... rude. She called my number I went to the front. Kitchen was dirty , empty dishes were every where. There is no grill on. I askthe girl which one is my food. While she was talking with another girl very rude said ? right there ? . Then I opened tacos.Mostly onions. The whole food is cold. I really was disgusted and I just left white out even touching it. I just throw away $10and going home hungry. I really craved for the old good and hot street taco. Unfortunately today experience ruined all good oldmemories. We won?t be back at all. Read more
I came through the drive through and was having a bit of a rough day but my day turned around after my interaction with Brandon.... I have not had such friendly and caring service from restraunts costing much more as of late. Brandon is very professional andit?s obvious he cares a lot about his work. Quite unsatisfied with this place. Servers saw us standing at the register and did nothing for 5 minutes. They finally got to us... and they messed up our order and overcharged us. When they did fix it, they still messed up the food and added stuff we did notwant on our food. The flautas were stale, the queadillas had sour cream even though we requested no sour cream and sopapillaswere flat and gross. Read more
Maaaaan! I used to love this place but today I was sorely disappointed! There was no self serve tea which normally isn't a... problem but no one seemed to want to fill it from behind the counter. The salsa bar was not set up...covid??...(Bueno doesn'thave a problem.)The service was terrible & the food was even worse. I worry about Taco Cabana making it. It wasn't busy at all and it was right at lunch time. They had some new menu items and it... wasn't expensive. Good portions, not just 2 pieces of meat on a tortilla. The only issue was that the salsa bar wasn't open sowe didn't get to choose the different condiments. Other than that, everything was very good. Read more
