I was so excited to try The Alley Noodle Bar for the first time. Well, The veggie pho was bland and disappointing unfortunately.... The broth tastes like hot water which I had no idea was even possible at a Vietnamese restaurant. My 2 stars are only because ofthe aesthetics of this restaurant, their late hours and timely service. Amazing! The best pho and vermicelli (they called it something else here) that I\'ve ever had! I had been looking for a good... place and I found it! Minus one star because we walked in, confused on whether we sit or wait to be seated.. we weren\'tgreeted, so we just sat down. The guy gave us the menus and walked away.. my husband had a question about the menu, tried askinghim, the guy told him to sit and wait. Afterwards, we were helped by someone else. Outside of that, I\'m impressed by thisplace! Read more

It\'s a small shop with a relatively quaint, and pleasant atmosphere, if a bit crowded. The food is good, but in that very... Americanized way, which for me keeps it from being remarkable in any way. The service is friendly, prompt, and accommodating, Iwish I could give this place more stars, but in the end the flavors are just not there for me. Read more

I really enjoyed my lunch in this modern Vietnamese restaurant. The spring rolls were so refreshing, the wings were the best... I’ve tried for a very long time! The pork chop was so juicy and flavorful! Besides that, I’m so impressed with the efficientattentive service, thank you so much for making my day even better! Read more

We tried this spot on a whim. Everything we had was great. We had the chicken pho and bbh, both delicious. Fried tofu appetizer... was delicious as well. Service was on point and the owner was friendly!! Read more

We visited for a late lunch last week. The waiter was extremely helpful, and the pho was delicious. The restaurant itself was... new and spotless. My ten year old ate pho for the first time here. Read more

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at The Alley. The food was amazingly good. My favorite was the Nuoc Mat. It\'s a tea made... from artichoke and pandan leaves. It was so refreshing. I also tried the House Special-The Back Alley Wings. They were cookedto perfection and the sauce made it that much better. Soooo Good:)\nI\'m definitely going back to try the other items on themenu Read more
