My experience here will not only prevent me from going back to this location, but going to ANY Wingstop again. Placed and... online order, picked up the order in 20mins. This is by far the WORST wings I've ever had. The container had sauce lying on thebottom with sauce less favor-less wings sitting on top. NONE of the flavors I ordered had ANY flavor. The current lack of customer service for restaurants in the area is becoming quite a problem. It's getting old actually. Just... when you let your guard down and trust what they tell you, you get home and are disappointed. This time, after placing my orderon the app, I immediately called and verified they would update to wet instead of dry. When I arrived, I verified same. Whenthey handed me the sealed bag, I specifically asked if it was wet, they said yes, and asked if there were two ranch-- yep. Well,we were very disappointed the boneless breast pieces were dry. We ate them, they were ok, but not what we ordered and not whatwe paid for. Add this to the list of many restaurants not doing their jobs correctly. Came in and ordered two 6pc combos and one 6pc. The worker completely ignored me and rang me up for 3 6pc combos but I let it... slide. Next thing you know he?s telling another customer that he ordered MY food and that I ordered HIS food( even after wecorrected him twice). My food ended up being dry and he didn?t bother to put in the paper that goes under the wings. Plus whilehe was making other orders HE WAS GRABBING THE FRIES WITH HIS HANDS. I know times are hard, but the quality of the food has gone way down. I placed an online order with more than 60 mins before... pick-up. The food was ready this time (waiting for an online order has been a problem with the last couple of orders)... Butthe fries had no seasoning and the chicken thighs were the tiniest I have ever seen. Never order from this wingstop. I got garlic parm wings that were practically naked with a dusting of parm. I got undercooked... and soggy frys with no seasoning! I ask you, Do these look like wingstop Garlic Parm wings and Frys? Read more
