I was supposed to have a credit associated with my phone number for the messing up my order the first time I went to this... location. Was in the area so I placed an order and there was no credit noted. The customer service rep didn't even offer toapply it anyway. I'm not sure but Wingstop is seemingly going downhill because their wings are getting smaller. And dry.Needless to say, but all stated anyway, I won't be going back there ever again. Read more

Worst experience ever!!! First I called and had to repeat my order 6 times. The lady got on the phone acting like she didn?t... want to take the order. So I asked for a manager, she didn?t want to put a manager on the phone. So after going back and forwardI got a manager. So my fiancé was in there, and they didn?t know. The lady and manager was talking about me! So of course I?mwaiting to call cooperate in the morning. The customer service is horrible. Ordered a bunch of wings, go to pick it up, get home with everything to find out that 1/4 of the wings didn?t make it into the... bag. Call the restaurant. The manager, Hispanic guy, says he?ll give me a $20 credit, says it?s tied to my phone number. Calltwo weeks later to place an order, and the girl on the phone says my phone number is not in the system and there?s no record ofany credit. This is 6 pm.
