I was supposed to have a credit associated with my phone number for the messing up my order the first time I went to this... location. Was in the area so I placed an order and there was no credit noted. The customer service rep didn't even offer toapply it anyway. I'm not sure but Wingstop is seemingly going downhill because their wings are getting smaller. And dry.Needless to say, but all stated anyway, I won't be going back there ever again. Read more

Worst experience ever!!! First I called and had to repeat my order 6 times. The lady got on the phone acting like she didn?t... want to take the order. So I asked for a manager, she didn?t want to put a manager on the phone. So after going back and forwardI got a manager. So my fiancé was in there, and they didn?t know. The lady and manager was talking about me! So of course I?mwaiting to call cooperate in the morning. The customer service is horrible. Ordered a bunch of wings, go to pick it up, get home with everything to find out that 1/4 of the wings didn?t make it into the... bag. Call the restaurant. The manager, Hispanic guy, says he?ll give me a $20 credit, says it?s tied to my phone number. Calltwo weeks later to place an order, and the girl on the phone says my phone number is not in the system and there?s no record ofany credit. This is 6 pm. Moving to McKinney, I was thrilled to find a Wingstop less than two miles away! However, it's like pulling teeth to get my... husband to go to Wingstop. But THIS Wingstop is sooo good, he actually said he would go back anytime. Fortunate for me! I lovethe bone-in, lemon pepper oil and seasoning. I always ask for extra and once again, they made my order to perfection. My husbandloves bone-out, honey bbq. We ordered the sugar sprinkled fries and they were HOT and fresh. I like to dip them in TheWingstop Ranch dressing. And, if you haven't tried their corn on the cob sprinkled with hot spice, it's a must-try! I'm shockedmy husband loves the spiced corn on the cob as his hot pepper tolerance level, is "Not too hot". But on a scale from 1 to 5, herates the spiced corn cob at 3. He says it's not "Hotter 'n hell" - it's zingy." And of course, we always order a side ofveggies: celery & carrots with The Wingstop Ranch dressing. Another wonderful lunch experience for us. Hi i?m ali. i?ve prob ordered here like 50 times at least and have enjoyed every time i have ate here. the wings are really... good, the fries are the best, and the drinks are good too. The only times that i?ve been disappointed was like twice when yougot the wrong flavor for my wings, but the staff didn?t hesitate to remake my order which was amazing I recommend this store toeveryone and the staff is all friendly and nice. Two words explain my thoughts and experiences with Wingstop. Those two words would be. Always good. There are a lot of... options for wings, however for me, Wingstop has the Pole Postion and 2nd place isn't that close:) Always flavored toperfection, hot and fresh. Alittle slow, and the food can be different every time you order. Sometimes it?s great other times is soggy. Would recommend not... going during prime time and ordering before you arrive. Read more
