If I could give ZERO stars, I would. We placed an order for delivery from work 10/20. The order was supposed to be delivered by... 11:45 am. About 45 minutes goes by and no food. Placed a call to the store where we remained on hold for an extended period oftime. Staff member then answered. We explained that we have not gotten our order yet and staff member just states "yes. it ishere, they have not picked it up yet." Staffed member informed that our order was supposed to be delivered at 11:45 and therefor the food has been made, and sitting out for over an hour.... Staff member states "yea....." staff member informed that wewould like for the food to be remade and we would like a refund/credit added to account for the inconvenience, as we will nowhave to drive to pick up order and we only have a limited amount of time for our lunch break. Staff member stated that shecannot give a credit. the only thing that she can do is give us a credit for the delivery fee. Staff member informed that we arevery dissatisfied with this service. Phone number given to staff member to be contacted by her manager or corporate office. Wethen pick up the order and get back to the office just to find out that THEY DID NOT PUT ANY RANCH IN OUR ORDER. We paid forextra ranches as well. We were told that they were going to be remaking the order, but everything tasted as if it had just beensitting out for hours. VERY disappointed. Read more

Im a regular here and today is the 3rd time they dont get my.order right I got home and i was missing my 6 rolls this time I... called in and the guy put me on hold for 5 minutes so I just hung the phone and here I am giving you a bad review which i hatedoing! It sucks living across town and seeing your order is not complete when you get home. You can do better guys. Read more
Tables are few and not kept clean so expect that if you decide to eat there. It's pricey for wings so we don't eat Win Stop very... often. It is what it is for eating out. Service is fine but not exactly friendly. Read more
I ordered from here. Finally made it home one of my wings look like it had a bit out of it. Lady on the phone when I was... ordering had a attitude the whole time. And I told them I wanted fresh fries. They were cold and not fresh. Called back was onhold for 15 minutes Read more
Food quality has been slipping. Sometimes I get great wings, othertimes they are tiny! Just because I like them well-done... doesn't mean I want them tiny. When 20 wings fit in one container there's a problem. Not too many locations around me, so here'sto hoping for better wings next time. Read more
Good Food and prices, This one employee kicked me out for trying to order a 3rd set of fries. I am in tears of joy, because of... the drunk driver driving into this particular wingstop. Still today the staff is rude and unfriendly. Read more
But experience. I place an order online. Ones i get there to pick up my order. Guys there can?t find my order, they spend 20 min... trying to find my order at the end they want me to wait for another 15 min to prepare my order. So i cancel my order. Thus girlthreatens me if i cancel the money will back on my card in 7-10 days i told her fine. So i ask for refound receive and she toldme that she was busy and when she get time she will make the refound so i have to leave with out refound receive. Now i willwait if they have time to make my refound. Bad experience so I don?t recoment this place. Read more
