Store is dirty they dont care about there customers they talk about them when they leave but except tips from everyone that is... all there worried about they can careless what people think about anything in that store one day i road past n seen one employeeout back smoking a joint n didnt even care so that is how people run stores food was nasty n was a problem when i asked fordifferent things like i was a burden for asking tried to call noone ever answers the phone bathroom are nasty didnt even want tosit down on toilet never go there i rather drive miles to go to a subway than ever go back there n employees are rude n ignorant Read more

Placed an online order, went to store in roughly 10 mins and it wasn't ready. He was preparing another online order and there... was one customer already there. So I waited 25 minutes and he started making customers that came in well after me their sandwichwhile ignoring my order. I couldn't afford to wait anymore so I left. Contacted the owner an he has refused to give a refund andit's been weeks now. I was a two to three times a week customer, guess they don't care about repeat business. Went to Babcock location tonight. Sign on door said new hours and they closed at 7pm. It was 6:40. The door was locked and I... could see a man at the counter by the register. I wasn't positive if they were closed, since the sign said open and an employeewas at the register. I knocked and he continued to look down and ignored me. I knocked again and was still ignored (the door isless than 10 ft. from the counter). I called and saw the guy look over at the phone, and ignore that, too. When I looked inagain, a woman appeared and was waving her arms "No" at me. I don't care that they decided to close early, but that's no way totreat a human being, especially when you work in the service industry. So incredibly rude! I ordered a seafood and crab foot long and the guy pulls out the container which had aprox about tablespoons in it and it... looked gray and i questioned the color and he said it was from the mayo. He was going to actually sell that to me. I told himi didnt want it and he threw it in the garbage. Slapped down another piece of paper to put my next sandwich on which he madevery sloppy. I called the manager and i dont think he took at all what i said seriously . So my business, which i go to Subwayat least 8-10 x's a month will be going to the Subway on Mcknight ( by Big Lots) where i know the manager cares about hiscustomers and how the sandwiches are made Read more
Went to babcock blvd location at about 6:30pm last nigh. btw I go to subway alot my son only eats oven baked chicken and... shredded cheese. Toast it wrap it no condiments, no nothing else. The dark haired young man that was working. He put very littleshredded cheese on the sandwich, I said to him can you put a little more on there is nothing else going on sandwich. He repliedthere will be an extra charge, we argued and i walked out. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING AT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN, I JUST FOUNDOUT TODAY THAT THEY ALSO OWN THE ONE BY BIG LOTS .
