I really like the pretzels here
absolutely horrible experience. The ladies there were so rude. I had order online 15 minutes ago and it should have been ready 5... minutes before I showed up and they had nothing. They said they don?t see my order and I have to wait for it to go throughbecause their system is slow. 20 minutes later they realized it did go through because the receipt was laying next to thecounter they just forgot. Very frustrating experience this weekend when the teller refused to serve us pretzels in a small cup, as offered on the menu. I... was told that the pretzel flavor I wanted was only offered in the large size, even when I pointed out that another type was inthe warmer in the smaller cup. I felt pressured by the long line behind me and the stubbornness from the employee. I wonderhow many other people ended up having to buy a larger size than they wanted because of this high pressure situation? Not thecustomer service I expect from Antie Anne's. Read more
This location does not have any people skills and is not loyal to good customer service. We ordered three pretzels however did... not get our free pretzel and the gentleman at the cash register was rude. Isn?t a good Representation of this establishment. Read more

This review is for the auntie Annie's next to LL Bean. I asked the lady t the stand for a cup of water and she was rude and said... no. Not sure what kind of customer service they have but won't be buying from this location again anytime soon. Don't expectthem to be courteous to their customers. Read more
