We went to celebrate our anniversary after seeing all the positive reviews and unfortunately it was a disappointment. The... service was terrible. It took them over 30 minutes to get me a lemonade that I ordered. The meats were all very dry andtasteless. The service was very slow. We asked for cheese bread more than 3 times and we never got it. Same goes for napkins,the server said she will check if they have any napkins and never brought them. We asked for grilled cheese and they got us aplate of cold and dry cheese. While we were still eating, they brought us the check without even asking if we wanted to order adessert. When I told the server we would like to order a dessert she asked if we were celebrating anything (we mentioned that inthe reservation and were congratulated when we came in) we said yes, our anniversary. She said: seriously? Is it really youranniversary? We were shocked... They gave us the dessert for free but honestly I would rather pay for it if that means we willbe treated respectfully and get a good quality service. Not my first time at this location bit one of the more negative experiences I've had. There is a parking garage right next to... fogo and very is $5 which is worth the price. We came for lunch on a Saturday but it seemed as if they were perhaps a tadunderstaffed. We were sat in a corner table towards the back so we actually didn't get much traffic from the different types ofmeats. We were offered sirloin quite a bit but when we tried to ask for some other types, we had to ask multiple times beforegiving up. The meats for the day were also incredibly salty. One of the more disappointing visits this time around. The moltenchocolate cake was delicious and the brunch cocktails were also great. We never been to a Brazilian Steak house for dinner. Today was a special occasion to try this place for my birthday. We tried to... make a reservation but it was not an option with a short notice. So we just walked in and got seated in 10m on the Thursdaynight before Xmas week. But there was an issue we waited like 20 min and no one checked on us since we were seated. So we had tofigure out if it’s totally self served or what. So once we went to get self served over at the salad bar, which had a plentyoptions of food. We finally got some drinks and attention at our table. Meat service was good and you get to test different typeof meats. You will get 1 card with 2 side to be serve or to skip. So if it’s on green side you will keep getting meat servedat your table. So you will get a plenty of meat served. At the end our server realized that we were not happy with service andgave us a dessert as complementary also as it was my bday.
