Delicious chicken salad sandwich! I think it should include chips for the price though. And why on earth do they not cut the... sandwich in half? Took it on a picnic with no knife available and it was very unwieldy. Read more
I miss my Lost Dog Cafe!! Used to come here all the time when I worked close by and the Fat Willis Salad was my all time... favorite go to. Happened to be in the area recently and guess what I ordered?? Yup...the Fat Willis. They have a wide variety ofcraft beers and their pizzas are amazing. In fact, as many times that colleagues and I had been to Lost Dog, I only ever heardgood things about the food and service. Highly recommend. Read more
Amazing food. Three of us shared individual pizzas and crab dip. Crab and spinach dip on toasted crusty bread. Yum! We shared... three white pizzas: Mickey Magic, Ricky Ricotta, and an incredible goat cheese pizza whose name I forgot. It does include'Goat.' Friendly service and warm atmosphere. Read more

I wanted to try something different for lunch while I was at work, so i ordered Lost Dog?s version of a ?steak and cheese?, the... Bulldog. What I received could barely be classified as a steak and cheese- I got a few slices of dry beef served on a stiffslice of white bread. I paid $12 for this pathetic sandwich and it didn?t even come with any sides or a drink. Other reviewshave said they have some good sandwiches, but there is no excuse for the quality of sandwich I received. Read more
As soon as my friend heard Lost Dog Cafe was in McLean...we had to go! My first time. This menu is intense. There's A LOT to... choose from (such as 50 diff types of specialty sandwiches, pizzas, pastas, salads, soups, dips, milkshakes/floats etc).Luckily i dont think it hurts the business like a large menu normally does. My one friend and I had to have the surf and turf.We love crab. I got mine with the old bay mayo on the side (im biased. Im not a mayo fan and Luckily i asked for it on the sideas it was mayo with old bay lightly sprinkled on it). The mayo WAS TRUTHFULLY NOT needed! the melted brie made the sandwichmesh perfectly together. We got a side of italian fries...which to me were basic waffle fries. I like all kinds of french friesso i was happy with them. We also got the italian pizza pie. It was super tasty coming from 3 picky pizza people. We took thegreat pyrenees pizza and the old bay retriever pizza to go. Omg yum! My sandwich was so big (it may have been the cider i drankat the beginning of my meal AND/OR the dalmation milkshake i had for dessert lol)...i got to take half my sandwich home. I thinkit tasted EVEN BETTER the next day!!! YOU CAN CUSTOMIZE your pizza/sandwich if you cant make up your mind. Extra points forsupporting the lost dog and cat foundation. 11/17/2022 - picked up an order to go. Got home to find the order wasn't exactly what I ordered. Called and the manager got on... the phone, was super polite and offered compensation. Very impressed with this place overall Read more
