This is not a great McDonald?s. I tried to make small talk with the first person at the window and got the side eye and some... choice words. When my McFlurry barely had any Oreo in it and I asked for another scoop of Oreo stuff, the lady refused whiletelling me their very exacting standards. So I guess no Oreo for me. Read more
I've been here 5 times in the past month and the line always moves fast and the food is hot and quick. Nice looking place too
Good restaurant with a quick moving line. Heavy traffic comes in from both sides, but there are two drive through lines and the... staff moves quickly. Have had enough messed up orders to drop a star, but generally, a good location. Read more
I stopped by today (9/19/2022). The service was atrocious. The Men's bathroom had excrement on the floor and walls. No one was... available for clean up. Based on my experience, I would avoid this location at all costs. Management is lost and unable to runthis establishment. Read more
I was baffled by the experience I got at the drive through tonight. This stupid arab kid working the drive thru around 8:40 pm.... I was to only person in line at the drive thru and he took a couple of minutes to acknowledge me. I should have knocked him out.Whoe ever that stupid arab is needs to be trained in customer service. While this is a newly renovated store, the problem is that management hasn't changed. The photos the drink counter are pre 7am... (leaking tea container, used napkins everywhere) and yes, the employees are standing in water. This store just continues to getworse and worse. In addition to being filthy, they regularly give you the wrong order and it is always something less than youpaid for. Management clearly is sitting in the back room (because they certainly aren't out front) laughing there head offbecause this place is a gold mine as they are the only drive through in McLean. This place is an embarrassment toMcDonald's Update 5-29-22. Is it possible to get worse? Hand sanitizers empty for months (if you're not going to fill them,then remove them) employees wearing masks under their nose (either wear it right or not at all) bottles of surface cleansersitting on tables and soda station along with dirty rags and so forth. I give it 2 stars only because it was clean inside, because the cashier was very rude and slow. I would put her name on here but... she wasn't wearing a name tag. Looked like a manager. I was here on a Thursday at 730pm and the drive through and in store linewas super long. Read more
Wish I could give less than one star. They NEVER get the orders right! I just ordered breakfast from drive thru with 2 cars... ahead of me, and they shorted me 5 of the 6 hashbrowns I paid for. When I called to see what happened I was met with the rudestperson imaginable. Check your orders folks, because they simply don't give a s**t at our Mclean McDonald's..... Read more
