I have visited this Starbucks in downtown McLean many times. It is my hood. I would definitely recommend it for coffee or... snacks. I normally order the toasted everything bagel and the avocado spread to put on top. I regularly come here with myvisiting husband and family that live in town. The parking can be a bit crowded in front, as a heads up. There is some outdoorseating. During busy times it can be hard to get a seat inside. Read more

I would give -5 starts to the manager and his male employees. The female employees didn't say anything. The Asian young manager... there and also the 2-3 other male employees working there today 8-5-22 at 5:23pm have no customer service skills, nounderstanding and were very rude. The manager threatened to call the cops and told his employee to call the cops and tookpictures of my car. It was pouring rain outside I parked in front of the store real quick not blocking traffic and my wife waswaiting in the car and would have moved it if needed I just went to run in and get two drinks. The manager said I cannot parkthere which by the way there are no "no parking" signs located there. I go to this Starbucks when I'm in the area at least 1-2times a week. I seen mobile orders drive there cars and park right in the same area to run in to get their order and themanagement don't say anything to them. He didn't even start make my drink. He is young and I think as young manager he is onsome kind of power trip. I called the 1800 number and the customer service representative and she heard how rude they were tome. She is sending a $25 gift card and said I will get a call from the stores district manager. Read more
Friendly and speedy service. My Cappuccino was made exactly as I ordered it. Extra hot, skimmed milk with Cinnamon mixed on the... bottom of the cup with my Organic Stevia. Kudos ???? Read more
Nice Starbucks in McLean - super nice staff (shout out to the barista who is very pregnant - and excited about it), good... inventory of gift mugs and cups, and fast service. Starbucks employees get it right - I don't know why the corporate officedoesn't treat them better; I am paying almost $3 for a medium coffee... Read more

Excellent location with quick and friendly service. Today I had their new Salted Caramel iced-coffee and I must say in my humble... opinion it is by far their best cold brew coffee. The foamy caramel and the amount of saltiness/sweetness is perfect. Theydefinitely got it right. But I still find the Starbucks as a phenomena overpriced and overrated. Read more
I had an extremely unwelcoming experience today at 1:00, at the McLean Starbucks. The male cashier with long hair, is terrible... at working with the public. He would be better suited not speaking with customers, as being rude to good customers is completelyunprofessional. It is difficult to run a successful business with young adults and no manager to solve simple problems. Read more
