I arrived at 10:30am to see one woman, named Lois doing everything from taking orders, making drinks for in-store customers, and... handling mobile orders as well. She was incredibly kind, and efficient, taking orders and making drinks simultaneously. I workat a Starbucks, and I definitely could not do what she was doing. Easily the worst Starbucks I've ever visited. Arrived to find "be right back in 15 minutes" sign. 15 minutes from when? 20... minutes later the employee arrived and I can't use the Starbucks app, despite a sticker on the counter top saying they can scanthe app. Read more
This Starbucks makes drinks different than every other Starbucks I've been to. My SO and I get the same thing every time and for... some reason this location makes the drinks differently. We live within a minute walk and choose to drive to the Vienna locationinstead. Read more

I enjoy going to this Starbucks since it is right next to my job but unfortunately they are understaffed with only one person... working at times. I went in today 8/27/21 around 10am for a drink and the employee told me she was on break and would not beback until 15 minutes. "REALLY" that is bad customer service so if the only person that is working is on break someone should becovering RIGHT? Nope no one there smh, I had to drive out to another Starbucks which was inconvenient and a waste of time.Really disappointed I don't think I will come back to this Starbucks. Read more
The way they make caramel frappe is very disappointing. They make it very thick like it?s birthday cake . And when they made my... pink drink it Seemed like they made it with expired milk . It?s not smooth there are some pieces of milk in it or whatever thewhite thing they mix it with . They shouldn?t work in Starbucks if they dont want to put some effort making Starbucks drinks orcare about customers at least . Read more
Neatly tucked away inside Harris Teeter is a full service starbucks. Accepting points and often having Harris Teeter sponsored... deals on retail items. Pleasant staff including a lovely lady who seems to work mornings M-F. Read more
Unfortunately you never know what you?re going to get when you visit this store. There?s only one qualified person that actually... knows how the make the drinks correctly - everyone else just fails miserably. It?s so convenient to my apartment with a 2 minutewalk, but I would rather drive to another Starbucks location to actually get what I paid for. They are always out of a lot ofstuff - one time they didn?t even have coffee!! Starbucks needs to help this store out?!! Read more
