I drink my coffee black, so Starbucks isn't really my thing. But the coffee is good.

Very Rude Lady in this store. She wouldn't listen to a customer asking to place an order. Instead she replied "DONT YOU SEE I AM... BUSY". I had to leave without buying the coffee. I will never come back to this Starbucks again and won't recommend it toanyone. Read more

The morning baristas at this Starbucks has TERRIBLE customer service. They don?t greet you in the morning and barely make eye... contact at all. I would come here on my lunch sometime and there would be no one at the counter. Please get more friendly staff. Read more

This particular coffee shop is not up to starbucks? standards of customer service and quality of drinks. Maybe because it is... inside Safeway; I had had similar poor service before in similar Safeway starbucks coffee shops! Indeed, this place is veryslow, quality of drinks is not the same as in a regular starbucks, coffee was not hot enough. I do not recommend this place atall and I believe starbucks should end this partnership with Safeway. Read more

Never have I ever had such awful services for coffee. I came here yesterday. The was a short line, but it took forever to move.... I asked for a decaf coffee, which they did not have brewed. It took 15 minutes to get through the line and get my coffee. Ithought that maybe it was a fluke, so I came back today. This time was the same, but it took 20 minutes. It's so close to work,but I'll never go back. Read more

What awful service!!! I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew, I?m pretty sure he pumped a ton of vanilla in cold brew and... topped it with heavy cream. The cup was so dirty when he handed it to me there was cream everywhere. And to top it off it wasliterally undrinkable. So disgusting. I was the only person in line and it took 12 mins to get my coffee. Save your money do notgo to this Starbucks. Read more

This location is extremely slow, though this is no fault of the employees. Typically during the morning rush there will be a... single employee manning the stand, and he has to do all the ringing up and making of drinks. Very seldom does the managementhere deem that two employees need to be assigned, even when you might wait 10-15 minutes to get a drink (2-3x longer than anyother location I have been to). Occasionally you do see a second employee, and he will be stocking the Starbucks merchandiseshelves *during rush hour*, a task I can only imagine is dictated by a pointy haired boss. Read more

My coffee cup was half full and they did not put the flavoring in it. I was told by the Starbucks employee that if you ask for... extra hot it takes away the flavoring, LOL! I thought a free coffee would have been nice since I had to drive back to the storeto have it remade. Read more
