Half the time not open or tonight told us they could not serve food for 10 min - please come back in 10 to 20 min. We realize... that employees are hard to get but we have not gotten food at all in the last 4 times we went there! This is around 4:30 5:00after work. Read more

Holy Crap?why even be open. Out of drinks on special. None of the condiment pumps work. No napkins out. The cook has long hair... and a beard and no hair nets. He?s handling shaved meat and not wearing gloves and wiping fingers off on shirt. Curly fries wereonly warm and tough as nails?not fried fresh for sure. My beef slider was TERRIBLE. Spent $20 and it was TERRIBLE. My wife wasquiet, not happy. I tried to post a complaint online but they want too much personal information to make that possible. All themanager had to say was sorry. One of the employees was even walking around carrying his daughter on his side. I wanted to get mymoney back, my wife wanted to leave. I?m still very upset about this. Like this posted complaint will do anything at all. Peopleneed to know. Very unsanitary food conditions. They contacted me?to make things right?.I filled out their info and never heardback from anyone. A waste of time and effort, they have no follow through. I went back to take s look and nothing has changed atall. Still no gloves on a food handler and scraps of sandwich meats on the floor being walked on in the kitchen area. Holy cowwhat a shame. This is the THIRD time in the last two weeks I have attempted to get food from here. They are always out of their mac n cheese... bites, they?re out of their cheese sauce for the beef n cheddar, they are out of drinks and constantly out of everything evenchicken. How do you expect to run a successful restaurant when you don?t stock anything? Based on reading the recent commentsI?m not the only one with this experience. I won?t be returning. Dining door locked, called and gal seemed unsure how to answer my simple question, "is your dining room open?". Very strange. As... she uttered "um ... Uh..." (Dead air..., Then me: " hello??) "uh ...It's supposed to be... Uh... " Finally the door opens andshe props a baby seat to keep it open, "it's been locking itself". Ok, fine, ... I walk in and try to make cheerfulconversation as I walk to the order counter... Ignored... Gal is doing something to the side, guy is standing with his armscrossed, leaning against some fixture, no smiles anywhere! I wait patiently while my presence is *not even acknowledged*... Imay as well not exist at all. Gal puts some money in the register and turns her back and walks away. Guy messes around doing... Something... Eventually comes to the register to take my order, no smiles, no "sorry for the delay", just "what do youwant?". I place my order, still being pleasant, then he waves his hand at the drink cups and walks away... Unsure, I point atwhat looked like 'medium' and ask, "this one?", he turns and says, "whatever" and turns his back on me again and walksaway. Ok....... wow... I looked at all staff more carefully, and saw all young (I would guess nobody over 25 at most, but whoknows?), NO smiles, apparently a very unhappy crew who just didn't care. Not customer friendly... The Greek gyros were amazing. The only bad thing is that if you use the drive thru it is usually on the slow side. So if you are... really short on time you probably will want something else. The food is definitely worth it though. Read more

The workers where horse playing,place was filthy. Never been more discussed as i was ordering food and witness a employee... picking his nose while working and not wash his hand. I use to love eating there but not now . This Arby's need someone moreresponsible to run it and a crew that cares about the job. Read more

Wow?after 2 minutes in line, ordered at the drive through. Love their jamocha shakes and gyros.Waited in line for 10 minutes.... Left when I got to the window and was not acknowledged or greeted for 3 additional minutes as staff chatted with each other. A15 minute wait in a drive-through is unacceptable. Read more

Zachary and two off duty employees had EXCELLENT customer service. Lobby was closed and we had our motorcycles. They took our... orders on foot and allowed us to sit in the lobby since we didn?t have cars to sit and eat. They went above and beyond withcustomer service and were prompt with the order.
