I got cold fries, went back around to get a replacement of hot ones and apparently their fry warmer was broken. Yuck.
Having gone here a few times, through the drive though, just be prepared for cold food. They aren't even trying to make it seem... like you are getting fresh food. Nothing like a burger with cold patties, cheese not even remotely melted... This BK is luckyto have the mediocre 3 star rating it has. We were told to park and wait for our food which is fine but we were waiting for nearly 15 mins and felt like they forgot!! To... come to the conclusion they did and were just poking eachother .. Food its self is great though! Read more
Every time I go hear the employee are not nice. I am sorry to say but I have been there for all three shift and it is constantly... poor. The staff are well trained at making sure the customers is wrong. If you want it your way plan on it costing more thenwhat you will pay at any other BK around Oregon or Washington. I don't know if this is a franchise owner issue over staff orjust management, but they are counting all there pennies at this location and you can bet money if one penny is out of place thestaff will pay with the happiness. It's Burger King. It's fast food it's not the most healthy but it's fun to eat. Get out and enjoy life. If you want a burger go... get a burger at Burger King don't worry about what people say oh that's not healthy you can get this and that at this otherplace. It's just food put it in your belly feel full move on life is too short to worry about anything else. But there areslightly healthier options if that's what you're into even here... Read more
Came to this location around 5pm on 1/5/22. Drive thru line was long, but these darn Italian Chicken Sandwiches are yummy. Place... even still had the promotion in the window (see picture attached to review), but they no longer carry it. So I had to wait inline to be told that then I was stuck in line to get out as there wasn't anything else there I felt like. Neither the person onthe speaker or the young man I spoke to at the window apologized. How hard is it to take down your promotional materials ontime? Wasted a good chunk of my evening due to what I can only think is laziness. Sorry this location, I won't be back! Read more
