Staff was very rude and put dairy on my order when I had not asked for it and when I asked for it to be changed they were... unprofessional and very unpleasant and told me I had ordered cheese? I?m allergic to dairy so I would never ask for that. Whenthey remade my meal they put barley anything in the bowl. Very rude, unpleasant environment. I never write reviews but I wouldgive it 0 stars if possible. Read more
The employees are stealing the chocolate milk meant for the kids meals in take-out or drive-through pickup orders. They lie when... you ask if it?s there, and glare if you check. They don?t admit to their mistake when asked, and instead refer to an automatedcorporate number where you can wait on hold for 20 minutes with no resolution. I ordered online went through the drive thru. The seal was broken, silverware missing, when I opened the container half my food... was eaten. I called customer service and getting through to a real person was the worst of any company. Read more
