Staff was very rude and put dairy on my order when I had not asked for it and when I asked for it to be changed they were... unprofessional and very unpleasant and told me I had ordered cheese? I?m allergic to dairy so I would never ask for that. Whenthey remade my meal they put barley anything in the bowl. Very rude, unpleasant environment. The employees are stealing the chocolate milk meant for the kids meals in take-out or drive-through pickup orders. They lie when... you ask if it?s there, and glare if you check. They don?t admit to their mistake when asked, and instead refer to an automatedcorporate number where you can wait on hold for 20 minutes with no resolution. I ordered online went through the drive thru. The seal was broken, silverware missing, when I opened the container half my food... was eaten. I called customer service and getting through to a real person was the worst of any company. Read more
Other chipotle?s are amazing so I know this one could get better. Have ate here several times and it?s always... disappointing. Rice is undercooked, chips are super salty, pinto beans are spicy sometimes, and workers need better trainingwith making burritos and mostly with better customer service. In the drive through they ask your name, hand you your food, andgo back to talking with their friends. No thank you or have a good day... If I could give negative stars I would. Ordered online and when we got our food by delivery the rice was crunchy, my burrito had... very little meat and no guacamole, my wife?s burrito was cold. We got the wrong drinks and my kids order was wrong. With all thenegative comments I can?t believe this place is still operating. Read more
My husband and I decided to try out the local Chipotle store for dinner last night. We just didn't feel like making anything... since we've been so busy moving.
