I can't actually base this off the food as I wasn't allowed any. I pulled up on the drive through at 5:10 pm today. I was... greeted with "Did you move my come? " After explaining there was no cone they inform me they are closed. So I spent my money atTaco Bell instead. They were more than happy to take it. Read more
Poor customer service. Last week I tried to go in twice and they were closed due to short staffing. Today I attempted to go and... was in line, nobody behind me I was the last car. An employee came and stuck a cone in front of me and said that the car infront of me was the last one they were helping before closing. I am a manager at a corporation locally, and have worked theentire day on a two way crew. If they?re this short staffed where they close halfway through the day, they need to call in fromother stores or have corporate come down and work, that is a thing and have personally had to do it. Can?t run a business if youaren?t making revenue being closed from 2pm and so on. Read more
UPDATE: It?s been over a month. The owner had replied to this review, and requested I submit a comment through their website. I... did, and heard nothing back. Seems like they were just trying to save face. Ordered an impossible burger with no tomato. Gottomato and a RAW beef patty. Read more
(Edit: In response to Jack in the Box's reply. I have already gone to their website and filled out a survey and asked for... someone to contact me. I have not received a response. They don't actually care and won't be doing anything. I guess I'll needto contact the health department.) I ordered a number #6 and #7 at the drive thru. Both burgers were stone cold and only had onepatty each. The #7 is the bacon ultimate sandwich. There was one piece of bacon about an inch and a half long. Completelyunacceptable. The food was good, the fries were a bit cold. The girl who took my order was ok, the lady who have me my meal was exceptional.
I like jack in the box, but this one is awful. They are never open at regular times. The food quality is trash. I feel bad for... going to this one because I can tell the workers there are paid next to nothing and are treated poorly. You get what you payfor. Offer better pay and you will get better quality workers that show up and do the job right. Then more customers will showup. Read more
