Asked for hot sauce 3x, went to go look at my bag and they didn?t put any in there.
Fresh food every time the people are there polite kind and courteous. If you want a quick meal this is your place.
Never got my food. Apparently standing in a long line patiently waiting to order my food and then waiting more to pay for my... food. Means that you get ignored and the food you thought you ordered then some how gets set aside for some person who comesafter you and is standing at the end of the long line. I guess if you want to eat here you have to know somebody who worksthere....horrible...horrible....horrible. you deserve 0 stars. Read more

Best Panda Express I've been to! Kind staff, always working hard even when there is a bus or 2 full of baseball players or other... large crowds that come to enjoy this place. I will use this review to also point out that this restaurant NEEDS airconditioning. It is so warm these summer days and they have one large fan recirculating hot air in the kitchen for the staff,and even less for customers in the lobby. This is not anybody's fault but corporate, so hopefully they notice this :) Read more
I have eaten here multiple times. I have never had a problem with service or food. Just today 12/9/21 I was served raw chicken.... It's clear that the piece of chicken was cut too thick and didn't cook all the way through. It was crispy on the outside and rawon the inside. I would advise anyone to avoid eating their almond chicken. I tried to call multiple times to handle thisquietly. They let their phone ring and they don't have a voicemail. One time when I called, they clearly picked up and thenended the call. Aside from this the two ladies working for very nice. I didn't finish the rest of the food but what I did eattasted good. Panda is doing so good with all the restrictions and sanitizing they do between orders. The line may be out the door but they... are quick to keep the line moving and have clear marked spots for social distancing. Read more
Seems to be the place to go in Mac, lots of people there tonight. Menu is the same as every other resturaunt in the chain, it... was good but it's mass produced assembly line food so looses a star for me there. Service was good even though they wereslammed busy they qere actively communicating to keep all the orders straight. Atmosphere is like every other one in thechain. Overall pretty good. Solid food served hot amd fresh quickly at a reasonable price. Not gourmet dining but it fuels thebody. Read more
