How about a zero star! I just tried to order my usual coffee and the employee over charged me. When I told her it was incorrect,... she began telling me she had to charge me more for a different syrup. She continued to argue with me even though I told her Iknow exactly how much it costs because I?ve been ordering the same coffee at Starbucks for three years. I made her refund me andleft. Every new employee is just as bad as the ones before. Their attitude suggests they have never worked in customer service in... their life, and were not trained. It takes weeks for stock to be put out. They complain when you question when you can expect tosee merchandise out. She let me stand in line for 10 minutes without a mask. Even told me she would be right with me. When it was my turn then she... asks if I have a mask and tells me she cant serve me and that I need to go buy a mask to buy a coffee. This is soooooo worn out.You people are pawns. Went in and ordered 2 different coffee?s with SC cold foam. The lady Samantha was training another employee and the cold foam... was literally thicker than whipped cream. She couldn?t even poor it out of the blender and to top it off one of the drinks had along hair in it and all she offered to do was take the lid off. Disgusting. They need proper training on how to make drinks andkeeping their hairs off peoples drinks. Read more
