Now this place let me start with wow!?!?!?? So I came in with a friend and my son an hour and a half before closing time and... these two kids they?re like make a sandwich what?s a sandwich nobody baked bread so I went to Carl?s Jr. they were packed so Iwalked back by the subway corner of the taco joint they got the whole place all ready for clothes just sitting at the tableplaying some kind of game a hour before Closing time !!!??? Used to be a nice friendly place, went a couple of times a week, quick, convenient, nice. The last couple of times. the... sandwich artist(s) were rude the sandwich poorly made, fell apart, sloppy. I understand it's difficult finding employees thesebut lately it's been pretty bad. No way to talk to the manager, you have to go online. Looks like poor training bc the poorservice seems to consistant. I sometimes use coupons, last time I went thru they abruptly said they aren't taking coupons??? Drive thru closed even though they are processing online orders. Drive thru people advised to come on while you have to wait... while they make online orders. Waited 10 minutes in line to order. Don?t mind waiting, understand short staffing, not beinghandled well by staff at all. Won?t be back. Plenty of sandwich places in town. Read more

I hate to leave a negative review however this was the most stressful, unorganized location I?ve ever been to. The workers have... NO idea what they?re doing, they?re very rude and unhelpful. They don?t care about your order, just the drive through. You givethem clear instructions on how you want your sandwich just for them to do it wrong and get upset when you ask for it to beremade correctly. The lady with pink hair is super mean, she doesn?t even address you or make eye contact. she talks quiet likea mouse but when you talk to her she cuts you off screaming WHAT over you. I asked for a think line of mustard and she almostlost the top of the bottle squeezing so hard. So I was upset, I asked her to remove the mustard. And she seriously sighed andthrew her hands up like it was so inconvenient. And then she starts complaining and throwing a fit in front of me about somecoworker and how she can?t do this. Obnoxious. March 12, 2022 Served by 1668. As I was paying for my sandwich, I often like to leave a 20% CASH tip but the card reader... wouldn't "SKIP" that part. So I asked the purple-haired cashier to skip it for me and after she pushed a button she just walkedaway. She didn't put my sandwich in a bag nor did she say, "thank you". So I bagged my own sandwich and left. She didn't getanything. Poor customer service...too bad. Read more

I normally don?t like to complain about my food, but this time it was a little frustrating because they weren?t even busy to... begin with. We were the only car in the drive through and one person inside . The young man working tonight repeated everythingI asked for on my sandwich and still managed to add mustard instead of mayo. Not to mention the sandwich is beyond messy. I didnot ask for extra sauce. With every bite I took more sauce would just fall out. As someone who used to work at subway, I knowthere?s no reason for there to be this much sauce on a sandwich. Read more
