Vary rude girl at the counter only seemed interested in gabbing with guest already helped, kept asking the same questions over... and over 3X's and upon paying theres no signs indicating she cant accept a hundred dollar bill, so standing there patientlywaiting was for nothing, being handicap it's hard to stand for any leangrh of time just to be turned away it was about 11:30am.I tried getting only a 6" Turkey sandwich with mayo and lettuce and a large drink, but was told I had to leave, if I treated anypaying guest this way I would've got fired or suspended, you dont treat your guest this way. It might be tough on the staffworking but we the guest are not use to how things are yet, if shes usable to work a shift by herself? I'm going to the subway for 2 years I did the exact same thing every time whether I'm in the Drive-Thru or I go in and I sit... down. Normally it's really good however today I went to the drive-thru for my normal salad and it took them might have third ofthe time that it normally does finding anything of it so I went to eat my salad. They didn't cut up anything they didn't makeanything smaller except the meat nothing was mixed together. It took me longer to mix my salad so that my dressing was to thebottom with the rest of my food then I did to eat my food. This is perhaps the worst subway I?ve ever ordered from. Ordered chicken bacon ranch with 7 veggies and cheese. Received 3 of... the veggies, no bacon, no cheese. Fast food workers want 15$ an hour and they literally can?t read words to make the sandwichcorrectly. The woman who made this is in for a rough marriage if she makes all her sandwiches like this. Ordered 3 meatball sandwiches. One girl working by herself at 630 PM. She dropped the first set of sandwiches so had to remake.... Then the second set were made on the wrong bread and burnt. I just said " think I will pass on a third try " and left. Thiswhole experience took 18 minutes. I only eat Firehouse Subs but figured since I was shopping at Wal-Mart I would give it a try.Won't be back. Read more
Healthier fast food. Unhappy that they put up some ingredients to certain sandwiches at least a hour before they actually close.... Of course those are the sandwiches I want and it's only 8:00pm. Every sandwich should be available until the doors are locked inmy opinion. Read more

First off the customer service was mediocre. It seems as if the employees hated their lives/jobs and did not want to be there.... One employee had to ask another employee three times to come and help her. The other employee just stood there in the doorwaydumbfounded and Confused. The sandwich bread was somewhat stale and hard. The overall sandwich itself had a somewhat chewy hardbread texture as if it had been sitting all day, and was barely edible. Also I did notice after about four or five bites thatthe mayonaise tasted sour. I have had worse before at other Subway's in other states so I will give this two Stars. But stillvery disappointed. I won't ever eat here again for the simple reason, that I think they were doing their best, and that if thisis their best, than this is not a place I want to eat ever again. I do not usually take the time to write such a long review butthe food and the customer service was so poor that I felt like I had no choice. This place needs a new manager. Read more
