If you think Italian sounds tasty for dinner, I highly recommend this spot. There is something for the whole family from pizza... to wings to pasta dishes. The inside of this place is spotless. The staff is kind and helpful. The food is delicious! We enjoyedthe spaghetti and meatballs (fantastic meatballs), a fresh, crisp salad, toasted breadsticks, and the chicken bacon ranchcarbonara was scrumptious. I went by here a few days ago and the service from the kids was great but the manager was rude. They messed up my food and when... I asked for it to be replaced she gave me an attitude about it. She yelled at the kitchen staff for messing it but mistakeshappen. Completely uncalled for. The food was great though and the employees were kind just not the manager. I love the food here it?s always amazing. I do have to warn folks that read this. IF YOU ORDER THE SPICY BAKED ZITI BE CAREFUL.... I am a person that thoroughly enjoys spicy things I can handle almost anything but this dish is insane. Be warned. This dishgave me ptsd. But other than that the food is great the customer service is always great. I liked it the first few times I tried it but, I try and stay away from foods that are too oily or greasy and fast foods in... general. It's good. Don't get me wrong but, when I can visibly see the grease on my food, it's just kind of off putting for me.I ABSOLUTELY love their Italian ice here though. Visually not the most appealing, but my 2 year old daughter really enjoyed it. While eating she said ?I love pizza, yummy yummy... in my tummy?. So that reaction earned Fazoli?s an extra star. To me the pizza wasn?t bad, wasn?t the best I?ve ever had, but Itwas fine. It would do in a pinch. I think the crust was the best part. One thing I genuinely disliked was they put the pizza ina styrofoam container with no paper down so it melted some of the styrofoam. Also they stacked to slices on top of each other init, so some of the cheese stuck to the bottom of one of the slices. I liked the mozzarella skewers but they were really salty.Overall, I?d say this is a good stop if you have kids. The people who work here are really nice. Read more
Every time that I've been to Fazoli's has been a great experience. The last time I got a sampler and it was more than enough... food cooked very well and the service was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend eating here. Read more
