Will never go back to this KFC, ordered chicken strips and the mcnuggets at McDonald's are bigger, 3 little strips for $6.49 I... was so mad. I have ordered these many times at other KFCs and never were they this little. Would not recommend this KFC at all.Staff is slow also. Read more
Why is this location, usually devoid of customers, so painfully slow when there is nobody here? I could have ordered online from... sonic during rush hour and received my food and eaten in the 15 minutes it took them to give me a 4 piece. Read more

Sunday lunch ,walked in to see no one in line, and a few people waiting on their food. Stepped up to the register and waited to... be noticed, despite seeing 4 to 5 employees and making eye contact with 2 to 3 of them no one spoke to us. After a 5 to 7 minutewait we decided to leave. A "Hello" or "We will be up as soon as we can" would have been sufficient. Read more

Looooooong drive-thru wait time for order. Then loooong cook wait time. That is if you can get chicken or a side. Twice been... there... First time they only had tenders no in bone. And no biscuits but was able to swap for a side. Second time they did havethe food. Just extremely long order line and waiting for it to cook. Read more
So we payed almost $50 for food. What got me was when I asked for some BBQ sauce for my chicken they asked me how many because... they are not free. I hope that extra $1 you got was worth my family not coming back because that is horrible customer service.Also getting someone to even come to the counter is ridiculous. I threw out the rest of our food cuz we couldn't get anyone tocome to the counter so we could get to go containers for our food. Lobby was poorly stocked and had to wait about 10 minutesjust to get lids for our cups. Definitely not a way to promote business. Read more
Good food with a full breast again and back to good food and service. Last time was the best KFC I've ever had, had to wait for... the chicken to cool down so I could eat it. Read more
