Left food off the order I clearly asked for. No napkins , no ketchup and rude when I kindly let them know the burger I ordered... from the dollar menu was missing and the young lady at the window was snobbish and acted like it was my fault it wasn't there.Told me if I wanted it I could pull over and they'd bring it out when they could . The customer service has greatly depreciatedat this store. Always missing food. The nuggets seem to be refried to be heated up causing them to be over cooked and dried out.Never any napkins . With the price going up so much rude service and not getting my food or the wrong food I will be eatingother places for a good long while . So its 10:15pm thursday night, I waited 15 min from the time I got to the menu board til I got to the window to pay, then waited... additional 10 at the 2nd window to get my food. Manager looked lost while she made 5 drinks for other orders while my food saton the cart getting cold, when I got my food there was no hello, no apology, no nothing, just food handed out. Not even a smile. I've been a fast food manager for over 15years so there's no excuse to explain this other than lack of moral, caring ortraining. Waited in like for atleast 20 minutes, just so happened to get there at the same time as the semi so the parking lot was full... everything was crazy. Got to the intercom ordered waited another 10 minutes to get to the window. Paid and then was told afterall that, that they were out of chicken nuggets???????? had a 5 year old little girl in the back crying and now have to wait forthe refund to process on the card. I can't make it make sense why we ordered and paid before they knew they were out of chickennuggets. Wouldn't they start counting when they are low? Read more
I arrived are 12:04 on Friday. It was busy. I waited 19 minutes to get my food. 19 minutes! Then the food arrived and a burger... was missing. It took another 7 minutes to get missing burger. They had 3 people come inside from drive thru to correct theirorder. It was a fiasco Read more
Put in a mobile order. Sat in our number 2 spot for about 25 minutes waiting on them to bring it to our car. Finally my wife had... to go in and get our breakfast which was sitting on the counter. Was late for the dr appt so we had to eat enroute. All of thefood was very cold from sitting. Will not come here again. Read more
I went there today and the person who brought me stuff out was kinda rude, as I was getting my drink out of her hand I didn?t... grab my ticket number and she threw it in my bag. She didn?t even greet me when she walked up to my car or anything. Buteverything I ordered was correct so that?s good at least. The lady that works the counter in the morning is always so friendly and helpful. They always seem to be having a good time... together while they work and they never seem to mind when I ask them to fill my diet Coke for me from the back because, for somereason, it tastes better than the self service dispenser out front. ????
