The ice cream is great! Unfortunately, if your not a fellow high school student, you don't get the service they get. The girl... looked at me several times and walked away until I walked up to the window myself. Still then it took another minute. Then thereason we will not be back. Almost Everytime we have been there we have always ordered large bowls. However, the last threetimes, the bowls have gotten smaller each time. If your out, that's ok, but not ok to charge the same amount. We paid over 10.00last night for child size ice creams. Read more
First time having Bruster's. Highly recommend the New York Cheesecake flavor, along with a waffle cone. The waffle cones are... fantastic. They have a tasteful thickness which prevents them from getting soggy, yet, they are not overly crunchy (which ispreference). Everyone here was very personable. Read more
Slow service today. Few flavors. Lady next to us got a hair in her ice cream from the girl serving (nobody offered to switch... it out!). Maybe a hairnet is in order. There were 4 girls working but only two at the windows. Spent a lot of time waitingfor only 2 people ahead of me. Service has been much better in the past. Read more
Great ice cream. Parking can be a little rough when its busy. There's a nice little stream that runs behind the place.
