Food - Delicious. Service - Polite, prompt & professional. E everyone appeared to be workin' hard. Atmosphere - Used the Drive... Thru, but worth a 4/5. Compared to other fast food establishments, their prices were reasonable. Food was hot & delicious. Theygot the order right, & I didn't have to wait forever to be served despite a long line. The manager Mike is very rude and unprofessional. I had an interview with them on Tuesday and I just called to let them know... that I want to transition back into college and get settled first before I get a job, and he hung up on me. I called backbecause I wasn?t sure if it just got disconnected and he didn?t even speak this time. He just answered and put it straight tothe music and hung up again. Do you like placing large party orders only to find that the restaurant has given your order to someone else? Oh, and do you... like to rearrange your schedule to pick up the order at a certain time only to find that the order is "missing"? If that is thecase, you should place an order from this Dunkin Donuts. The only reason I gave them two stars is because they did replace theorder for free. Don?t go in the morning to get your donut. The coffee is burned and diluted. The man at the register is not very nice. If you... have a coupon make sure you give it to him before you order and not after he rings it up. He won?t process it. Find anotherdonut store. Drive through is slow. Read more
Does not follow delivery notes at all!! Am constantly getting the wrong order as if nobody even looks at what I am ordering. And... if it's a coffee why always assume it's iced???? Read more
