Great staff, biggest supercharger I've gotten at an eat n park
Don't order the buffet. Food was Luke warm at best. After I complained, someone stirred the food but never checked the... temperature. Waitress didn't seem to care. Read more
The reason they get an ok is because the salad bar closes too early at this location. It should at least be open through dinner.... Other than that the food is pretty good. I assume it's because they are understaffed because people still don't want to workand are probably waiting on the next handout.??????? Read more
Staff was excellent. Wish they had more people working. Over half the restaurant was empty because of staffing issues.
We had such a great server that made our experience such a positive one. We went to another location first, but it was poorly... managed & short staffed. The salad bar was sparse, & we were told we would have a 30 minute wait to be seated even though itwasn't busy. Driving to the South Hills location was a good choice. The salad bar was well stocked, & the place was clean & wellrun. I would return to this location, especially for the strawberry pie. Read more
I got the soup and salad bar and it was fine. The chili was pretty good. My husband got a hamburger and onion rings and he said... it tasted horrible. The fried zucchini was ok but quite greasy. Our waitress seemed to have a bit of an attitude. Overall it wasok, but not great. Read more
After leaving the area for five years we opted to stop in for a breakfast smile as we are not here often. My smile did not have... scrambled eggs, but a fried egg. The toast, pictured had so much butter on it, it dripped and eating it was not possible (Itried). The hash browns were cooked to the point of having no taste and must have been the bottom of the bag, sausage patties,they were barely acceptable. My husbands smile, over easy egg was more like barley cracked from the shell, his hash browns weremore like rocks, the bright side the bacon was good. Everything was cold. My daughter said her burger was good. For the amountcharged, the meal should have been way better. Highly disappointed, this is not the same eat n park from years ago. Edit: Ifilled out the online survey. Even after explicitly stating that I live out of state they sent an apology letter and a giftcard. The letter was nice , but what on earth am I going to do with a gift card that is for a restaurant 522 miles away! Andthat good burger my daughter had, she ended up sick the next night. Read more
Sorry, but ZERO STARS HERE!! Had to select to post though. ???? Lots of tables open. Still had to wait 15 minutes for a table.... No time given as to what the wait would be for 2 people. After being seated, waitress took drink order as she was clearingtables. 15 minute wait for those. Waitress had attitude right out of the gate. Husband went to the salad bar, so he was good.Waitress came back to take order which since he was eating I ordered for him. Both got burgers & fries. Asked for gravy forboth. Watched her write everything down. Asked for buffalo chicken salad with extra chicken to go, & before I could ask forranch she snapped & said ?they charge extra for that!? I didn?t t expect not to. We waited 45 minutes for our burgers & frieswhich arrived with no gravy. I hate cold fries BTW, so I dug in since I cold feel my blood sugar dropping minute by minute. Shecame back a & asked ?Brown Gravy for both?? Now mind you she asked that same question when we ordered & I watched as she wroteeverything down!! When she finally brought the gravy I slid my payment card to her & said you can take this now & she walkedaway. So the take out order comes out, I open the box & see no buffalo sauce on the chicken. When she returned I opened thecontainer & asked if there was buffalo sauce on the salad & she snapped at me again & said ?it?s on the bottom I can smell it,do you want extra?? By then I was done & wanted to get away from her & declined the extra sauce because I didn?t want to spendthe rest of my evening there. Won?t be back anytime soon. At one point she did come over & say she wasn?t responsible for thefood delay because there were only 2 cooks & there were many take out orders to fill. I?m sorry. If you have a restaurant fullof customers & not the staff to barely serve them, quit answering the damn phone & shut off online orders for take out!! Read more
