I was disappointed in my first experience at this location. I had been looking forward to trying their sub. Unfortunately it... wasn?t possible after watching the older gentleman behind the counter continuously wipe his nose in food gloves and didn?trealize that he hadn?t taken them off. I walked up to the counter several times?Hoping to see this action. I just need to stopbeing polite and just refuse the order ????, but I didn?t want to look like the customer creating a scene. Needless to say?that???????? got thrown away and I Picked up dinner from another establishment. ZERO ?? is my rating? I can?t rate food that was notto eaten. Read more

It's hard to give a review of this location because the food was excellent however, The staff is completely overwhelmed at this... location the business far out weighs the number of employees. As a result we had to wait 45 minutes for our food to arrive.While this is not a fast food restaurant, it is a sandwich shop, this is way in excess of the amount of time that someone shouldhave to wait to get food. I need to stress that in no way is this the fault of the employees it just seems that they areoverworked and understaffed at this location. Great in-store service. Ordered on the app for pick-up, food was ready amazingly fast. My only issue with this dining... experience was that I paid in advance with a credit card (in-app), and received an approval of payment notification, but when Ipicked up my food they said that the transaction never went through. I had re-do the payment while on premesis. I was worriedthat I would be double-charged (thankfully, I was charged correctly). Overall, good. Read more
One you go firehouse you will never go back to any of the other fast food sandwich chains. Not only are their Sammy's hearty and... delicious they have a cool hot sauce bar and they benefit first responders so it's a win win all around. They also have the bestdill pickles that come with every sandwich. Read more
