Bunch of friends were going to the Little Lake Theater nearby and met here for dinner before the show. The restaurant is very... trendy and nice and we made a reservation. We were seated in the patio and since it was a nice night, the fans were working at anice tilt keeping the air moving. While there were three waitresses on duty there, we were primarily served by one who handledour group of ten people. According to those in our group who frequent this place, the menu has not really changed in years andthey each had their favorites that they order each time. There are also specials, and this time of year, they featuredpeaches. The waitress took our drink orders, but for some reason skipped at least one member of our party. The drinks werebrought out in a random order over time by multiple other servers. My guess is that was determined by how the bar staff ended upmaking them. We also ordered several of the cornbread appetizers to share. That dish should really be on the dessert menu as itis crusted in sugar and is sweet to boot. While served in a cast iron skillet, it was served at room temperature - which made uswonder why it took them almost 15 minutes to get to us? As far as the dinners went, I ordered the Chicken Enchilada and it wasjust OK. I've gotten similar ones at local tex-mex places and much better ones as well. Next to me came a Caesar Salad with apiece of Salmon as the protein.The Salmon was severely undercooked. Overall, we were underwhelmed. My husband and I had dinner here for my birthday and everything was great! We got the shrimp flatbread to start which was... wonderful and plenty to share. For dinner he got the skirt steak and I got the seafood enchiladas, we couldn't decide which wasbetter! The drinks were also made so well and the service was out of this world. So this is my second time back to eat here. Me and my wife had to bring a friend here this time. Once again the food was amazing... and staff was on point also. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Friend had the chicken. My wife had theenchiladas and I had the shrimp tacos. But the winner is us by ordering the cornbread. Its a must have. First time eating here. There were 3 off us. Tuesday around 5:30pm. Was seated right away. Nice atmosphere. I tried a little of... each meal. Food was good, not crazy good, but good. Juniper Grill is a favorite and a must go when in the McMurray area. The food is fresh, hot, and delicious. The service is top... notch - they seem to have the same service staff so the service is consistent. Our server - Jess was a true pleasure to talkwith. You need two nouns and an adjective before you can request a reservation at this spot, it’s just that good! Does not... disappoint!! We only had salads and an appetizer which was more than filling. Beer on tap was local and national favorites suchas Budweiser & Miller Lite for those interested, plenty of lemonade for those who are not.
