Last two times picking up food, one from drive thru other for curbside pickup, was missing a burger. Before if they messed up... the would offer a cookie or a small snack, now missing item is part of a day to day thing. Read more
Order 2 sausage biscuits and 2 egg mcmuffins with cheese... takes a minute at the first window because the guy is replacing the... receipt tape (understandable) but then to sit at the second window for a minute... then get asked to pull into a parking spotbecause you geniuses can't make a simple order quickly like you're supposed to? It?s McDonald?s, so my expectations are low but this visit was ridiculous. I spent 25 minutes here and left without food. I... placed a mobile order, paid, and went to curbside. It said please go through the drive thru instead so I did, waited in line. Itwouldn?t display the order number so I showed the employee that it went through and it was there and that I paid. She tells methere?s nothing she can do, can?t refund me, and if I want to place another order I can start over and get out of line and waitagain. So I left and went to Wendy?s. The manager is always rude. He shorted me money and when I returned to get it he threatened to call the cops. The lobby is... always closed because they're lazy and they tell us to walk through the drive through even though its extremely unsafe. Read more
By far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, denied a service even though we're in a big truck. Nothing to complain about. The staff we're really helpful as we were with an infant and a kid. Service to table was Ziffy. McD,... come up with veggie options like you have in Indo-Asian joints. Read more
